These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ChoreLoop at choreloopapp.com ("the service"), operated by Daniel Newman, Rockwall, Texas, USA. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to consent to data processing in your jurisdiction.
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for keeping that account secure.
A household is a shared space created by one owner. The household owner approves join requests and may remove members at any time. Owners are responsible for the conduct of the members they approve.
You may create or join one household at a time and may leave at any time.
A household subscription costs US $10 per household per month. New households receive a trial period before payment is required.
Payments are handled by a third-party merchant of record, which acts as the seller for tax purposes. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Do not misuse the service: no attempting to access other households' data, no automated scraping, no disrupting the service, and no unlawful content.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim or US $50.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
